How it works
From your Unreal Engine project to a WebGPU link
Four steps, a fixed price before any work starts, and a web build you own at the end.
The four steps
- 1
Send us your project for a free feasibility check
Share your Unreal Engine project, or a short video of it if you are not ready to share files. Tell us who will use it and on which devices.
- 2
We test it and give you a fixed price
We try your project in the browser and send a short report: what works, what must change, how big the download will be, and a fixed price for the port.
- 3
We port and optimise it for WebGPU
We build your project for the web, make it lighter where needed, and compress it so it loads as fast as possible.
- 4
You publish it as a link or an embed
You get a finished web build. Share it as a link, or embed it in your own website. We can host it for you, or you can put it on any static host.
Pixel streaming vs browser build
Want to see the difference in dollars? Try the pixel streaming cost calculator.
| Topic | Pixel streaming | Browser build |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Pixel streaming: $1.50–9 per viewer-hour | Browser build: Flat monthly hosting, no per-viewer fee |
| Internet | Pixel streaming: Needs a steady, fast connection all the time | Browser build: One download, then it runs locally |
| Viewers at once | Pixel streaming: Limited by how many cloud GPUs you rent | Browser build: No limit from us; each visitor uses their own device |
| Devices | Pixel streaming: Anything that plays video | Browser build: Computers with Chrome or Edge today; more browsers are adding WebGPU |
What a web build is
A web build is a folder. Inside is an index.html file and the project's data, split into compressed pieces of up to 20 MB each.
It works on any static host and needs no special server. There is no game server and no cloud GPU: the visitor's own device does the rendering.
Which devices and browsers
Web builds use WebGPU. It is on by default in Chrome and Edge (version 113 and later), Safari 26, and Firefox on Windows.
Our demos are tested on Chrome and Edge on computers. Phone support is checked per project. Check if your device can run our demos.
Frequently asked questions
How big is the download?
It depends on the project. Our demos download between 112 MB and 355 MB the first time, and later visits are fast because the browser keeps the files. The feasibility check tells you the size of your build before any work starts.
Does it work on phones?
Not by default yet. Our demos are tested on Chrome and Edge on computers. Phone and touch support is checked per project in the feasibility check.
Do I need to change my project?
Sometimes. Some features do not run in a browser, and very large scenes may need to be made lighter. The feasibility check lists exactly what works and what must change, before you pay for the port.
Who owns the files?
You do. You get the finished web build: a folder of files you can keep, copy and host anywhere.
Can you host it?
Yes. Hosting starts at $99 a month and includes our CDN, uptime monitoring and fixes for browser updates. You can also host it yourself on any static host.
What happens if a browser updates?
Browsers change over time. Our hosting plans include fixes for browser updates, so your build keeps working. If you host it yourself, contact us and we will quote the fix.
